wasting police time?

    Probably not half as long as the drivers of hoards of upturned and "facing
    wrong way" cars I see every week on my travels, by law we take breaks at
    least every 4.5 hours some car drivers just seem to drive till they ditch
    it.

    <does quick count>

    Last week I saw at least 5 accidents involving one car only, 3 involving
    multiple cars, 1 involving a lorry.
