Paging Tog: what do you think of this one then?

Why do people sell without tax and mot? for so little hassle it
depresses the price a lot, unless there is a "problem".
Not very bloody useful for buyers who would have to ride it away
    either.

  5. Well, I've never like "roadster-ised" specials, but this looks nice.
It's just that awful cut & shut seat that spoils it.

I took mine to work today, for its first decent shakedown ride. And it's
    *gorgeous*.

Heh, I can ride his away so perhaps I will just wait for the next
    inevitable announcement from the Chateau....

    Me.
I'm not over bothered about the T&T.
I'd bring it home in a van anyway.

I want something that's "kind of complete" and preferably running and not
"too tidy" if you get my drift.
    (Oh alright : I want a Rat!)
Then I want to stick clip-ons and rearsets on it.
Then I want to stick a nice tank and seat on it, from Untiy Equipe or
    similar.

Agree with everyone else though. The seat on the one on e-bay is shite

  9. And it looks daft with the 16" wheel and custom tank, imo; neither fish
    nor fowl.

Keeping yours as it is? Oh, btw, my discs are 300mm.

I see it made £970, mind, which is about right, maybe even slightly on
    the cheap side.
