Bungee Love is being sent to other newsgroups too.

Its more obvious than slightly but .....

If you're stupid enough to open it, don't post and tell us what horrible
virus it contained until you've disinfected your PC

    "Nidge" <> struggled to ejaculate:

Right then - you can answer me a burning but basic question then
Nidge: how can a virus (I assume BL is such a thing) be transmitted
through the text-only medium of usenet?

Supplementary - is it Bungee or Bunjee?

Use of Outlook express, the worlds favorite infector, but you're
right... for people that don't do binary news groups and use a text only
    news server.

If you really feel so strongly about crossposting, then why have you just
    crossposted?

    Click it and see :)

Having just checked the OP, it only contained a link to a .zip file.

Someone would have to be *really* naive or stupid to click it and (assuming
that it *is* a zip and not an exploit) unzip it and run the executable
    inside....

I'll put that down as a "whoosh" then. But then I do have a very weird
word association sometimes. As in this case "Bain Marie".....
There's a lot of them about!

Extremely weird. I use Bains Marie for far more than just melting
chocolate, so I was never a good target for that one..
    You'd better believe it.
