Gaffa tape, balaclava, latex gloves, sharp knife.

 

A set of levers, small adjustable spanner, a screwdriver with the bits
in the handle and of course, the obligatory gaffer tape and cable ties
;-)

I don't know about the other bits as I've never ventured outside the UK
on a motorbike.
