Ideally early 70s S model in Purple. What more can I say?

  3. My first ever powered two-wheler was one of these. A purple S (thus with
    the optional rear suspension).

  4. Lo and behold, two purple Puch Maxi S mopeds.

Are these the ones that came from that old girl's garage a couple of
years ago? One of the more surreal moments, that was, trying to spirit
them out of the garage while she distracted her husband.

Sometime around Sun, 06 Mar 2005 21:27:19 +0000, The Older Gentleman
    babbled on about:
Same here, stunning machines, and I want one even though I am getting
bleated at " You are XX this year, we are downsizing, you are not having
    any more fucking motorbikes" Heh.

    Andrew Montgomery Matabeleland Wegg.

    Morini-riding chap of this parish.

That 'photo's at least two years old though, so they might be gone by
    now.

Hey, you might be twenty, but she's so old she uses Roman numerals.
Where does she get off, eh?

Do you mean downshifting, or are you about to be an unwitting party
    in divorce proceedings?

Go for it. Earache tails off to zero, and non-budgetary constraints on
motorcycle ownership are similarly attenuated. It's all good.

    The Older Gentleman says...
I owned one when I was 14 for going across the fields, regd MTM 50H
IIRC. Yellow with rear suspension, so I guess it was an S too.

Oh gawd, "Crusty" Wegg of the F.O. at his "gentlemen's" club. Just
imagine some oik asking what the initials MW meant when he signed the
    members book.

"Oh yes dear boy, burp, that's for Montgomery Matabeleand".
