Just ran over a concrete fence post that looks like it had been
strategically placed has blown both tyres and smashed both wheels. If anyone
has any or knows of any please get in touch.

I knew I should have hung on before cleaning the leathers...

    :(

It's the Bemsee racing club forum but it has a for sale and wanted
section. Good chance you'll get some one there. If there aren't any
listed, register and post a request. Maybe a bit tatty as they're
race wheels but you'll need to get them powder coated gold anyway.

    Blimey. And you stayed upright?

    Let's see...

    1) Landed wheelie, slid front wheel and recovered: Check.
    2) Rode over a concrete post, smashed both wheels and stayed upright:
    Check

Buy a lottery ticket, your luck's obviously in.

Would a charge of attempted murder have been justified? What an absolute
waste of air this POS was.
Any idea of his current whereabouts?

Last night I was just fucked off, however this morning after checking the
state of the wheels and tyres I am inclined to agree with you. I think the
only thing that saved it was that as I saw the post I just kept thinking
relax... relax... just go with the bike. It was a bit lairy coming to a stop
    though.

Holy crap! I'm gobsmacked. Where was this? As BB has said, that's a
    plod job, surely?
Fuckin' hell, man! Someone was looking down on you, eh? You're a jammy,
jammy, bastard and no mistake! Glad you're ok.

Many, many years ago, someone did that to me on my pushbike. It was a
racer and the flimsy front wheel just collapsed, the forks dug in and
pitched me, big-style, over the bars at ~30mph... Ooof.
    Heh.

Arse, but well done. Must've been hairy getting that to stop.
At least you're here to post about it. Best of luck on the wheel hunt,
and as said - get it reported sharpish. It could help with the repair,
or at least stop the twat doing it again.
