    Some years ago I took a stress test. One of those run on the threadmill an
    additional 5 minutes past the time I could run on a threadmill. The goal was
    to increase my heart rate, and it took effort on my part.

    While I was being studied by a device another testee was brought into the
    area. This person was given a shot, and I heard the shooter tell the person
    that the shot was to increase their heart rate for the test. Just sit on
    your ass and we'll take care of you.

    Come on John!
