Vmax - opinions

A mate of mine is interested in getting a Vmax and would like any
opinion (pros, cons etc) from anyone who owns or has owned one.

Haven't you been watching mate? WUN has the very thing. Fun it

Pros - goes like hot greased shite of a greased shovel if its a full
power one.


Cons - do not attempt to either change direction while moving.
do not attempt to stop quickly.
tyre choice is somewhat limited.
bastard to keep looking nice a true Yanaha finish

If you are going to stick a loose-surface car rally tyre on the back
it is advisable to not keep a standard road tyre on the front.

 

Well yes, but I remind UKRM that Keith Cooper got up Wiscombe Park hill
climb on his in under 50 seconds in September 2003. Went straight on at
'Martini' at least once though IIRC.

Big chap is Keith and he happened to be road legal champion in 2006 on
his very trick GSXR1200.
