    Which is a lie

    Newsgroup speeds drop like a stone at mid day and return at around
    midnight

    however, their throttling is between 10am and 3pm and 4pm and 9pm

    spot the inconsistency there

    looks like they might. However, the headline price of a tenner a month
    looks good. When you add on the extra charges for useful stuff like 1571
    the price difference is not enough to make it worth the effort.

    It's probably because they have a maximum connection limit and Forte
    isn't detecting it properly. You can manually set it:
