VIR Refund Policy-- No Refunds

    Hi-

    We bought VIR AMA SBK advance tickets, and now can't go to the
    rescheduled race. We called to get a refund, and found they wouldn't
    be giving any. That surprised me, since I wasn't informed of the "no
    refunds" policy before or during the purchase and now the agreed on
    event has essentially been cancelled.

    Is this normal?
