Just been chatting to my brother, and he tells me that the collector on
his VFR750 has finally given up the ghost.

Anyone know of the cheapest place to buy a new one?

Also, would it be worth him getting a s/h one (I say no, 'cos it'll just
start blowing again very soon) - if so, where would you recommend he
    tries?

    Cheers,

SteveH let forth with a mighty belch and uttered :

Check with Motad to see if they will sell the S/S collector from their
    replica seperately.

The Honda VFR Club's bulletin board might be a good place to look for
    advice...

    'collector')

I think the collector box that has just expired would have been a s/h jobbie
from a breakers yard - can't honestly remember! Sorry!

    Cheers, passed it on.

Can you remember which model it is? - I say FP, he says otherwise.

Reckon he needs a copy of MCN this week.

The chassis etc is FT - the engine is FS. (I think)

    You could try
SeaStar Superbikes (can't remember contact details, do a search)
Ebley Breakers (if you go second hand) 01453 751298 in Stroud.
    or contact
Dave (greenvfr) on the vfr web group, he gets shed loads of stuff.
