Vetter -Windjammer IV-Info?

My recently purchased CB 650 has a windjammer IV fairing, and it is
really clean shape. I ordered a new windshield, which came with all
the new plastic screws and such. The foam surround is in good shape
but flattened around the windshield installation area. Should I look
for a new foam surround, or will it be ok to simply install the new
windshield overtop of the existing foam??
I have noticed that when I go over severe bumps that there is some
vibration / clunks coming from the fairing, and even though it mounts
with the 4 bolts that have rubber washers, I have thought that where
the metal bracket mounts to the frame of the bike, could I use some
rubber there to help dampen the vibrations?
About the large headlight on this bike, there is an adjuster on the
inside of the fairing with a turn bolt/cap to raise and lower the
headlight. How do you adjust the side to side? Do you remove the ring
of the headlight outside the fairing, to replace the bulb and what
kind of dual filament bulb/wattage is in there? Is there a spec sheet
for this fairing somewhere with a diagram of the parts and wiring etc?
If you have an original owners manual for this Vetter fairing could
someone scan it in and send it my way.....
    Thanks in Advance!
    Tim C.

I have emailed you a pdf file of a Vetter manual. Hope it will answer
    some of your questions.

If you have any more questions, ask Craig Vetter himself.

    http://www.craigvetter.com/index.html

He still has some parts and whatnot available.

I think that is where I found the manual in the first place.
