    Ah, that's what they are - the small Transit, misleadingly named by
    Ford.

    You need the SWB version of the proper Transit - the bigger one we all
    know and love.

    Back the van up to a high kerb and lift it in with help. If you're
    trying to get it out alone at the other end, push it out of the side
    door once you've parked up against another high kerb. That's what I do
    when I have to shift lightweight bikes.
