    It's that time kids...

    Mark your calendars now. We tried to pick a weekend that
    misses all the major bike events/races to make sure everybody
    could attend this bash. Tiki theme this year, biggest blowout yet,
    and we're going to be raffling off a Ducati pocketbike. (Blata)

    As usual, Santa Cruz, CA...

    "They" say we'll have rain by the weekend. However, "they" have said
    this for the past two weeks, and nary a sprinkle. I cancelled a fishing
    trip and a Los Angeles trip because of the forecast, delivered with such
    certainty.
    My favorite bumpersticker, seen at a small airport:
    'METEOROLOGISTS DO IT WITH CRYSTAL BALLS.'
