Doing the valve adjustment on my 99 Katana 600. Figures the last valve cover
bolt (Allen 6mm) is tight as hell and I fear I might round it out if I keep
going. It is of course the most difficult one to get at and will require
engine removal should I strip or break it. Anyway any ideas as to how to
    proceed to loosen this one.

Also any ideas on getting a little more low end power from this bike without
breaking the bank, keeping in mind that I do daily highway miles.

    Thanks

Use a socketed allen key on an impact driver to shock it loose. I've had great success with this at
    work.

Unfortunately I cannot access it with an impact, although I plan on trying
    the hammer shock method
