I thought the idea, if you were getting a divorce, was to spend as much
money as possible - preferably on finance / loans / cards so the
thieving bitch couldn't get her hands on it.

I need to pay off the car to have a chance of being able to keep the house,
house > blade so she has to go, for now.

  4. I bought a very nice 98 ZX9R-C1 on ebay for £2300 earlier this year. I
guess you should look at previous sales to see what price they got.

"Normal use" + 13500 miles on a 7 year old bike = oxymoron....

Hiya pal, moved up hear in October last year as Heather was pregnant again
and we needed a bigger place, also it made us a little nearer to Inverness
to make it easier for Heather to travel to see her family and friends.

We had a son on December 23rd.

Bought the blade about 14 months ago, it really is a great bike no where
near as mental as the old GSXR though, it doesn't even *feel* as quick,
prolly something to do with the GSXR's mental behaviour above 10K.

So here I am stuck in a hoose bought for her, she pisses off to her mums for
a couple of weeks, comes home Monday, tells me she doesn't love me anymore,
    packs and leaves.

To be able to keep the roof over my head and a place to bring the kids at
weekends, (got my daughter last night 305mile round trip to pick her up) I
need to sell almost everything I own.

Anybody here have a clue about the legalities of all this shit, ma heid is
    bursting.

    Heh :)
As usual it all started around 5 years ago with "a standing cock has no
    conscience".

Boy am I fucked, it would look like it would be better for me to contact the
CSA ( don't think she wants too as she then would have income), but
apparently I cannot initiate proceedings, it has to be her.
    FFS biased bastards.

Indeed, the CSA website suggests that new applications can come from
either parents with care or non-resident parents.

  17. How's your cornering these days? ;-) I'm not that surprised about the
blade not feeling as quick as the gsxr - that was a seriously quick
    bike, certainly wasn't standard.
    Not good :-(
Haven't a clue, I'm afraid. My only advice would be do what's right
for your kids, but make sure you do what's right for you too. Bear in
mind your obligation to making sure the kids are well taken care of
does not mean you should have to bankrupt yourself to do this. You
have to ensure you are able to maintain your day to day living without
sliding into huge debts etc. Given all the talk in here before about
CSA, it's possibly better to come to an agreement without them if you
    can.
