it's fucking horrible.

 

boiled cake - done properly - is very moist in the first place, and
rendering it with butter makes it bloody lovely. Obviously served with
a big mug of very strong, sweet tea. I could turn up a recipe...

that bit sounds familiar, though.

agreed - despite having a disproportionate liking for cakes [1] I really
dislike marzipan.
