I'm suing someone (not bike related), and something happened on the last
Saturday of the Ally Pally show. Can anyone tell me what date that was?
    Cheers.

Christ, I'd be worried about you suing someone based on something happening
on a date you can't remember....

Thanks chaps - it's a double glazing company (who shall remain nameless) who
make no end of false promises as to appointments to rectify shoddy
workmanship, and when they finally do turn up, they make it even worse! My
wife missed the show (I still went and spent all her money though!) waiting
in for another appointment they didn't show for.

My own experience (FWIW) is that the local independant window companies
provide a better service than the national types (they are less likely to
    shit on their own doorstep).

My house was done last year, and the whole experience was remarkably hassle
    free.

And there's the irony - it is a local independent company, and when they did
my last house about 7 years ago, they managed an absolutely perfect job!
    This time, however...
