    TO: All People Who Care

I am a private individual posting this message to help
    Laboratory Animals.

A new European Chemical Testing Policy called
REACH has now been finalised by the European
Union. Under these proposals Chemicals of every
kind - from those used in industrial processes to the
ingredients of consumer products - will be tested on
Millions of animals from mice to fish to dogs, causing
    untold suffering.

If you believe that REACH should make more use of
Alternative Testing to test its Chemicals then please take
    action now.

If you are a European citizen please contact your local
papers and own MEP asking them to promote the
development of humane non-animal testing methods
under the REACH legislation, which is the best hope we
have for sparing animals the misery of a testing laboratory.

A sample letter can be found at the BUAV (British Union
for the Abolition of Vivisection) website at www.BUAV.org
(Select Campaigns, Chemical Testing, Get Active then
    Writing to the local press).

For all Non-European members, you can still help.
Please tell all your colleagues and friends in the UK and
    Europe about REACH.

Everyone can help and you can make a difference.

    Thank You

Nah, I'd rather have the medicine if it's all the same to you Tone.

Do they ride bikes these animals?

    Do they test bikes?

Is anything to do with bikes used on the Animals?

No, then FRO and leave me alone.

Besides any cure found by using lab animals is ok with me.

I'm shocked the man has the gall to waffle on about it.

    Me. I care.
    Good for you, mate.

Although I admit that I fail to see how posting a message on USENET
actually helps lab rats, but there you go. Perhaps some of hte wonders
of this new technology seem to have passed me by.
You're absolutely right, so as soon as all the members of BUAV
volunteer to act as test subjects in medical trials, I'll be there to
    offer my fully unconditional support.
No, thank you. See you at the research labs!

They (pig insulin) also shored up that Senior VP of peta, but that's ok
because she can use her life to fight for animal rights.

I thinks so too. We should have less of it, lots less. Maybe then
there wouldn't be so many sickly working class kids still alive and
    living on council estates.

They never thought about that when they designed them you know. Not a
single solitary council estate plan ever drawn up has made reference to
how shit it would get if the underclasses were allowed to breed
indiscriminately and helping scum like that don't help.

Ban animal experimentation? All for it me.

Use prisoners on life sentences, at least they become useful...

Saw a billboard add the other day for the independent (?)

"The obese child dies at 53. No more pension problems"

I thought it was a good idea.

    Especially the innocent ones?

Test on anyone who says that being elected into office is a 'career' before
they've been there for 30 years......

Or if you snip too much and make your 'humourous' reply (literally)
pointless as you lose the context, eh?
