    Just in from TOG:

"Thick fog on arrival, so within 10 mins ukrm got lost and was
scattered to all compass points. Trollen's snoring in the cabin last
    night was seismic"

    Who the **** is Trollen?

Chris Trollen - a notorious snorer. Posts as CT, has a green 9R.

    Your self-obsession-to-the-point-of-forgetting-other-people-exist
thing's getting out of hand at the moment, if you ask me...

Oh, CT - right. Don't believe I've met him
C'mon, give me a break. If TOG had referred to him as CT, I'd have
known instantly who it was. I mean, I'd have to think twice if
someone told me that Irvine was a wanker.

    I wouldn't - that beard's a dead giveaway. And a Thunderace? Need I
    say more...

  9. Heh heh, good point.

I find those exchange rate errors hilarious too! Glad I'm not the only
    one.

Do you write letters to Metro?

On that note, according to the metro this morning , Moet is pronouned
    "MO-ET".

The Moet HQ obviously weren't in the know as they pronounced it 'MO-A" when
    we visited there last year...

  12. Depends if you see the 'et' in Moet (can't do umlauts) and think "it's
French so that'll sound like "ay" ('as in gay') or you think it's like
in English and pronounce the letters (like in 'get' but without the
    'g')

So did they pronounce it Mo-(no-g)-et, or Mo-(no g)-ay?

As my original post quite clearly said, "A".

You're really getting into this UKRM thing aren't you?

Chris - CT. The **** that I had to share with on the
last French run who not only suffers from sleep apnea
but also snores like a fucking concorde taking off.

I feel much better now, as TOG simply laughed when
I said I didn't get a wink of sleep all weekend...

Why bother? If they were so inclined I'm sure someone could
download an IRC client to a P800 or similar and access using
    GPRS. But still... why bother?

  18. Yebbut, being an honorary Australian, I saw the letter " A" at the end
of a word and thought "ah", like all Aussie nicknames end in '-a'
(Shazza, Bazza, Scabba, Gaffa, etc). I didn't think "like the letter
    A"
Lovin' it, mate, lovin' it. Don't know how I ever got through the
    working day without it. ;o)
