Hi, we are 2 international students currently studying in UQ. Occupying an
ensuit unit at Durham Sreet. We are currently looking for someone to occupy the
unit from end of November 2003 till 2004. It is just 10 mins walk to St Lucia
campus, 1 min to the nearest provision shop and 5 mins walk to the nearest ferry
terminal and 15 mins travel to the city. Both bedrooms are furnished with a bed,
wardrobe and each comes with an individual toilet. Cooking equipment and
utensils are provided. The rent will be $240 per week. Other than that, white
goods like microwave, oven, a fridge and a brand new washing machine will come
