    I'd just cut my hair and my new clippers do a significantly shorter 0
    than my previous ones.

    On the subject of the Atkins, I'm happy to say that I'm back to 11st
    7lbs again. That's 38lbs lighter than I was at my peak :)

    I've got my other half on what I call "the dave plan", a diet
    and vague-exercise routine of my own concoction. Seems to be
    going well so far but it's early days.
