Set of legshields/crashbars and it's a perfect wintertime urban commuter. I

It has a certain charm. Kinda reminds me of an eastern european 'custom'
police bike for some reason, or something seen in a Korean marketplace.

Vile colour though.

 

Looks like something out of 'Heartbeat' to me.

It does have a perverse kind of charm about it, though.
