I've just ordered a new mobile all by myself! Will I go to hell for not
asking the FOAK first?

Only if I want to really piss work off, which probably isn't a good
plan seeing as my work mobile bill for last month included over 300
quid's worth of personal calls/texts. Oops!

Hmm, interesting. I've filled in their 'call me back' form, not
expecting it to make any difference as the rejection email seemed quite
adamant that 'computer says no so tough shit'. But now that you've said

If I do manage to get one, I might just throw it at you & say 'put all
