OK, so the big day is upon us in 1 week (May 8).

In order to help Minx and I arrange for adequate catering and Margarita
supplies, could we please have a roll call of who's attending?

    Thanks (from BT)

Love and kisses (also from BT, but mostly from Minx)

  2. That would be a pike from me.

My health is simple not reliable enough .... and suppose I should be
home for the better half's first mothers day :)

And hi to the group by the way (been lurking, recently moved to Aus
    from near the Queen's house).

  8. Can I get details somewhere? I might hire a car and come down. I think
I need to get out of the city. And I'm a lazy **** and be bothered
looking back through threads to see what I need. I'm assuming if I
have time, driving there Saturday and sleeping in a sleeping bag in
the car (as my tent is still in Tasmania) and coming back Sunday would
    get me by?

Yes, I know, I won't be on a bike, but I've only just got sheets for
my bed today, let alone buying a bike. One step at a time.

Details please. I want to work out whether I can get there. I figure
I'm gunna be renting a car for the next few weekends anyway and before
I return this one I want to know distances and stuff so I can query
whether I can take the car that far. Some rental places don't let you
take the car outside of a city radius (mind you this one has WA plates
so I think they _may_ be flexible).

    Err no :)

I was thinking I might ride the scooter up though, my arm will probably
still be sore and an auto scooter that weighs 135kg is a lot less strain
than a manual clutch bike that weighs twice as much.

Err, well, I have gotten a passout from Angie and plan to come, but,
please don't count me in for the Margaritas. Tequila and I really don't
    get on too well.

Now, these poofta drinks, that I'm supposed to bring... what, exactly,
    are they?

    regards,

There's a nice[1] warm[2] caravan up on the hill that will be
    unoccupied on the night.

Also a sofa bed in the grey shed, with a wood heater right next to
    it...

    BTH
[1] Well, compared to, say, a hole in the ground...
[2] OK, that's an outright lie.

I'll just chime in and say that I *never* travel the dirt bit at over
60km/h. And you *will* see live marsupials of various kinds if you're
travelling that stretch between dusk and dawn (you're very likely to
see them in daylight hours, too).

    Directions sent.

I wasn't actually planning to make Margaritas, You'll have to ask Minx
about that. I'm bringing homebrew ginger beer (~5% alcohol content),
homebrew Coopers Australian Lager (~5%) and homebrew Tooheys Real Ale
(~5%). The ginger beer I can vouch for, but since I don't drink plain-
old beer myself I'll need some tasters to tell me if the other is any
    good.

Poofter Drinks are Vodka Cruisers. Anything except lemon flavour.
