un-sorn??

    AFAIK, you simply tax it.

    Its either on the road (taxed) or off the road (sorn'd). If its neither
    and DVLA know about it then it gets expensive ...

    arrange a test , as it has to be a pre arranged test to be able ride there
    with no valid ticket. Dont forget the old TPFT either.
