  4. After I removed the panniers from the Guzzi, a bell boy carried them to my
lolzz...much the same, sir is directed to park his motorbicycle wherever
he wants and don't worry, we'll keep an eye on it

  5. well, it's obviously not an MC...with this carry on between members!!

see what happens when you can buy a patch!

good lord, how could you go into battle with such dissention in the
ranks...let alone run a bike show!! 'ol matey might decide he doesn't
want to keep the generators running because he didn't vote for it or
    something

I take it you're not going near her in the near future. She does have a suit
    of armour and a sword.

It was the only thing you could get at the time that was waterproof.
Ditto, but mine still fit me. They have attracted a 2" layer of sawdust.

Less than five minutes later, after a shower and a change to a three piece
suit, went down to ask about dinner. The same person at the desk asked if I
was a guest. Obviously I didn't make much of an impression earlier. :)

I didn't have the suit in my panniers. I had a separate suitcase shipped by
intra-company freight and delivered to the Hotel.

I've seen some of them rockers in the 60's. Ummm, all I remember is
Bryllcream, jeans legs rolled up to show pink or green fluoro socks.

  17. As of last Tuesday, they have. The executive issued an order stating
that all rockers 'and similar' paraphernalia was to be removed and not
worn. Any Ulyssian who did not obey the directive would be considered to
have brought the Ulysses Club into disrepute and would be expelled.

  18. But the same old committee was re-elected - so looks like there weren't
    TOO many dissenters.

  19. When you look at the discounts on a variety of items like insurance,
plus paying a percentage of Rider Training or First Aid courses, you get
    your money back and more.

I think that is why there has recently been a directive to branches to
ensure that proof of age is supplied at joining, because a few people
are joining for the financial benefits that can be had by Ulysses
    members.
