Wotcha, Ash from the scout group has been in touch with the prices for me. The hall is available for the full two weeks of the TT. To hire it will cost £1200 for 29th May - 13th June, which frankly I think is an absolute bargain. They'd like a deposit of £200 which is to secure the booking and a security deposit during the stay. It'll either be refunded after we leave or we can leave it with them to secure the hall for the following year. At present we've got 8 people who've expressed interest, so that's £25 each at the moment. This post is to see if there's any more people interested. About 10-12 I think would be an ideal number given the space in the hall for tents, and I'm expecting people to drop out. The cost of the hall hire will be split equally amongst all people going. If you drop out there is no refund. I'll respond to Tracy Hodgkins at the Scout group and let her know we'd like to book it and arrange for payment of the deposit. I will need interested parties to chip in before paying though as I can't cover it all on my own. I'll let you know how and when as soon as I know. Oh, and regarding the dates, I'm going Saturday 5th - Saturday 12th.
