ukrm-nova downtime

    My PVR has just died, so I'm robbing bits from the machine hosting
    ukrm-nova to work out what needs replacing. Normal service will be
    resumed at some point in the near future.

    Back up now - PSU in the PVR had suffered a bout of exploding
    capacitor.
