Well, if we get stuck we could always hop in a cab to Charlotte Street!

You could probably try chicory as well
I'm not convinced that's right, actually - strictly speaking it's borage
instead of mint, though mint's obviously easier to find.

I've *never* had a good curry in the Brick Lane vicinity. Strictly for
    tourists.

it was the first link that came up, I couldn't be bothered searching
for the "definitive" recipe. Don't they teach you that sort of thing
    at Oxford, though?

so your bird's called "Stepanka" is she - isn't that a sort of sail
used on a small fishing vessel?

It's fairly obvious though, isn't it. If you've got a web browser, that is.

Aah, it's not a secret. I thought somehow you'd hacked into something
somewhere and as we spoke bandits were rifling through my bank details. It
never occured to me that you were so bored you'd do *that* :)

never underestimate the boredom of someone writing a technical
    architecture document.

You think you're bored? I've done NOTHING for the past few days aside from
post to ukrm from my boss's laptop. I don't even want to think how much I've
earned doing this amount of **** all, it's embarrassing.

I never would, for my sins I'm also writing one, whilst reviewing
somebody elses, and putting together a systems management strategy.

Sometimes I ask myself what I did in a former life to deserve this, I
imagine that whatever it was, I had way too much fun.

Couldn't work out whether to go to James Bond party as James Bond or Jaws's
girlfriend out of Moonraker. Couldn't get hold of an orange boiler suit so
    went as both.
