    a) Upper Street runs fairly directly South->North from Angle to H&I.
    b) The Bierodrom is about 3/4 the way up Upper Street i.e. closer to
    H&I
    c) The further North you go up Upper Street, the less trendy bars
    filled with totty there are.

    That's as maybe, but do they do a good doner with chilli sauce?
    MSG I like, gook food... well, you know my feelings, so I'm sure that's
    where we'll be eating. AS USUAL. Gah.

    Last (two) curry houses we went to turned out to be, shall we say, not
    that special.

    I'd also suggest alcohol; food then more alcohol rather than alcohol;
    coma then food - without the added long wait and rush for trains.

    Don't know why I'm worrying I'm off getting pissed in France.

    I meant "cucumber" - celery goes in a Bloody Mary.

    I'm quite partial to Pastis myself, but Angie's not that keen on
    having it in the house.

    Christ, that curry was an absolute stinker. Can't go wrong with "Palms of
    Goa" though.
