Hmmmm. There's a thought. I'm en-route back from the US that day,
might think about delaying by a day and coming home the Saturday
morning. Anyone interesting going to be there?

Not me. I can do the 6th or the 13th, but not the 20th. It's just too
much advance notice, that and the fact i'm err, booking flights well
    in advance now ..

  6. Can't make it -- I'll be watching proton pulses splashing against
    beam-stops in Cessy.

Alternative piss-up in Restaurant 1 at CERN, 1800 on the 21st?

I'm supposed to be booking myself on a safety course (ha) over the
next couple of weeks and there's nothing really stopping me from
booking it in London so maybe.

Well, I probably will. But I'll have to motivate myself to get to the
    arse^h^h^hEast End of London first.

Can't it be somewhere more civilized?

It's still the arse-end, when you're coming from the Royal County.

Oooh, you tempter. Then again, I've got three nights in
Windsworth/Wimbledon this weekend, so will have had at least 3
    half-decent curries...

I've never been there in the evening. Good spot for lunches though.
Sure, if you like eating industrial waste.

it's fine in the evening too.
heh. If I wanted to subject you to truly dodgy gook food, I'd drag you
to Song Que, up the A10 - cheap as ****, and it looks and tastes like
    it.
