I was hunting for the bike buying FAQ but the only links I could find seem to be a dead ones.

Fortunately Google still has a cached version of the old one but I was wondering if anyone is hosting it any more?

I know I spotted a URL in someone's sig recently for it but I'm darned if I can find it now. It's entirely possible I'm being thick so apologies if I've missed obvious links.

If the FAQ *is* in limbo, I'd be quite happy to host it on my webspace.

It's here as a temporary measure:

    www.ukrm.info/faq

I'm having loads of grief with mod_security on my webserver, so I can't
modify the joomla site on another PC, FFS.

I'll stick the FAQ link in my sig in the meantime.

I said "I'M HAVING LOADS OF GRIEF WITH MOD_SECURITY"
    No worries.

Not much point in being discrete on UKRM. Anyone know how mod_security
works and some pointers on it?

Just to cheer you up, you've got a broken link on the riding info page.

I wonder if integrating a discreet nod into this exchange might be helpful.

Ah-hah, gotcha. Can you point me in the direction of some dummy style
guides on how it all works, how I can configure it, etc? Quite a few of
the sites I use (mostly PHP sites) keep on hic-cupping over mod_sec.
    It's bloody annoying.

    I *think* that's a whoosh.

Sorry, I know SFA about configuring Apache- just enough to be a danger to
    myself.

    Yup, whooshed.
Apache configuration is fine. It's the fiddling about with mod_sec that
    I don't understand...

    Didn't someone lose www.ukrm.org a while ago?

Would it not be better on ukrm.org?
