But I didn't think that "Lullaby" was a patch on "Choke", it's got too much
plot and the plot isn't really that interesting. It could have done with
more of a twist at the end as well.

I'm kind of stuck as to what to read now; I've got Jasper Fford's "Well of
lost plots" and Simon Singh's "Big Bang"[1] on order, but I think I might
try re-reading Kafka's "The Trial" first.

Oh, I really quite enjoyed "Eleanor Rigby" by Douglas Coupland; it really
shows how much he's come on as a writer and it uses much more subtle
characters than any of his previous stuff.

Anybody know when the next Harry Potter book is due out?

    [1] One for Tallbloke there.

I'll stick with the book ATM, thanks.

Do you want to borrow "Big Bang" once I've read it then?

Haven't read it yet. I've read "Lullaby", "Choke", "Survivor" and "Fight
Club", with "Choke" being my favourite.

I was thinking of doing "Invisible monsters" next anyway.
Cool site, I can see myself wasting some time there this afternoon. Thanks.

Here's another trip to Amazon then. He did a good job with "The Code
    Book".

I don't think "The Code Book" is as good as "Fermat's last theorem", so if
you haven't read that then don't log out of Amazon just yet.

I doubt if they will deliver free to me and playusa.com only have DVDs.

Amazon does not have Big Bang yet. Oh well, it'll give me time to finish
this ever growing stack on the table.
