I've just sold my old 92 zzr400 and am thinking of upgrading to the New
2005 zzr600. I'm currently living in the US and about to move back to
the UK. so I thought I'd check out the price difference with the
thought of getting the bike in the US and bringing it back to the UK
with me due to the exchange rate I figure it would be a great deal.
However when I check out the UK kawasaki site the new 2005 zzr600 is
basically the old bike, but when I check out the zzr600 on the US site
its a complete new redesign based on the zx6. Am i being dumb or is the
UK missing out on the new redesign for now?? Does anyone know if the
the latest redesign will be comming to the UK? What kinda tax is there
on importing a US bike to the UK...all help appreciated

You're not being dumb - For some reason best known only to themselves, the
UK ZZR600 is know as the "Ninja ZX6" over in the US. Meanwhile, the UK ZX6R
is known as the ZZR600 in the States.

    No fucking idea why.
