UK available tank sealer.

    When I went to start my spare bike I found the petrol had shrivelled up into
    a sticky red goo and the fuel tap strainer was full of rust - obviously the
    tank needs cleaning out and lining to stop the rust going any further.

    Some American magazines I used to read have mentioned a product called
    Creemit or something similar, anyone know of such a product available in the
    UK?

    Kreem is the US stuff.

    Pet-Seal is the UK equivalent.

    Thanks for the offer - I just found a spare tank I forgot was there, buried
    under a lot of junk at the back of the shed, its in far better condition all
    round so I'll probably leave it at that.
