  1. What ones do people like?

I no longer trust service station gauges.

  4. These are spot on they are made by email

I have a proper ex race team very accurate hand held PSI gauge and then
tested at the servo, was in within 1-PSI

VDO. Not sure if you can still buy them though.

Failing that Hella are now making them.

It's more than spot on for me. I just dribble some air in
when the handling gets a bit vague or the rear is running too
hot, and dribble some out if it feels like I'm riding on ball
    bearings.

    dribble dribble dribble.

There was one I used regularly until the morning it read 13psi too
low...now I know what ice skating on a motorcycle feels like...

Trust one if you find one, but always check 'em *every* time you use
    'em.

  12. More that it was ex race and then comparing it to a digital pump, with what
    increments of 1 psi?

I was going to talk about tolerances, but who needs someone shooting back
    about intolerance of ducati owners?

    Hammo

PS current sit-rep on the XLV please...
