Took the Pan in for its MOT today (passed) and the tester, who runs an
ST1100 himself said 'it doesn't half feel peculiar on those tyres'
(they're Pirellis). Was intending to treat it to a pair of BT020s anyway
so.... Can anyone here recommend a place where I can ride and ride out
with the new tyres fitted and balanced? Within an hour's ride of the
M1/M6 junction for peference and a nearby real-ale pub with decent food
    would be a bonus!--

    I always use these guys:
    Wheelhouse Tyres
Unit 1, Roman Way, Coleshill, Birmingham, West Midlands B46 1HG
    Tel: 01675 464221

and these are good value for car tyres. They do bike tyres as well but
I don't know what the service is like:
    T.W Tyres
    11, Paynes Lane, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 2UH
    Tel: 01788 542292
