Two driving licences

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Paul Carmichael, Feb 25, 2009.

  1. Trying to cancel my uk licence to get a spanish one, and the gestor (them
    wot does) told me this:

"I have also received a note to say your driving licence cannot be
cancelled as it appears that DVLA have said you hold another licence.
    Document No 86A. "

Anybody here have a clue what they're on about?

Listed below is the definition of a 86A offence. If you have it, maybe you
cannot surrender your licence until it is expired. Just a guess.

Make off while subject to a section 86A(2)(b) requirement to await the
    arrival of a constable
