I should've added "because ferkin' real-estate agents refuse to answer emails and refuse to keep their
websites up to date and refuse to put prices on the websites [just POA or Auction] so we have to go up there
and deal in person".

Nah, a matter of piecing together bits'n'pieces of family legend, gossip,
some of her stoned/drunken meanderings... Of course, as far as she's
concerned, she's been the innocent victim her whole life.
