What were you expecting, week after week of solid gold? They hit paydirt in the first episode of the series, expect a few weeks of filler before the next moment of genius.
Not necessarily, but something that was a bit better than mildly entertaining. iPlayer it is then, at least that one does fast forward.
I've got the mother of all PVRs set to record just about anything that looks even vaguely interesting. On which note I watched Pan's Labyrinth last night. Rare to find a film that lives up to the hype.
That feature was utter shite. But I enjoyed the hot hatch bit, and the race from the LE to JOG (plus a bit). They were imprecise about times (for obvious reasons), but it was nice to see that they didn't get remotely close to my record.
Which is exactly the discussion I had with my son after it had finished. The Army thing was the same as they did a year or so back, and racing a letter, what is that all about ?
The Vincent they used belongs to one of my brother's mates. It was filmed over two days (hence the reason Hamster saw lots of rain & t'other two didn't), as the bike spent most of the first day being repaired after breaking down.
While me and the missus were that episode, we both commented that the reason the sky was blue for the carbouys and the sky was black for bikerboy was both were filmed on different days. I didn't think a Vincent f that vintage would've made it all the way without a *lot* of help from Mr A.A. -- Beav VN 750 Zed 1000 OMF# 19
