I can only say this about today:

I was fucking soaked, I did consider going into one of the little
shoppes around Brands looking for an umbrella, but I was so drenched
that it wouldn't have been able to do anything.

I watched the first hour or so of the race... but how did Team UKRM
do?!

 

Ooh, bugger. Everyone okay, I assume.

The garages always fill up with water.

 

They'd been left with all four roller doors open; we didn't get there
until past 9pm; it'd been pissing down for most of the day and by the
time we'd emptied the contents of two vans into our garage it was a bit
wet.

But, it has to be said, not as wet as outside.

 

I think BGN had gone home by then.
