TT Races IOM

    Cam Donald went great this year in only his 2nd yaer at the Island First
    race 5th ,then in last race Senior TT 2nd behind John McGinness who did a
    new lap speed record of 129.451 mph .I think they are all bloody mad !

    I saw the first race and talked to Cameron after the race and again on
    Monday before the 600 race.

    SWMBO does so regularly, as if I'd take any notice. Pffft!
    Been advertising it for 2 years and have 157 ppl & bikes booked so far
    ex Auckland, Christchurch, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Perth.

    Have made plans to take up to 400 and the enquiries are coming in
    thick and fast now that the 06 TT has just finished and Cameron Donald
    did so well. He's being picked as a future big star in Real Road
    Racing circles. First Aussie to do so for a helluva long time.

    Can take heaps more, but finding accommodation is my biggest problem.
    Am leasing houses off Manx people who will leave the Island for a
    holiday while I fill them with Aussies & Kiwis.

    Have some hotel rooms.

    I was there. Expect I was trying to find a 35mm M10x1.25 High tensile bolt
    with an allen head. Took me most of the last half of the day to find it and
    I still haven't found it!
    Damn fine pitch!

    And anyway, my long 4 day weekend is this week, from Thrusday when Maggie
    comes back from Europe. :)
