    Stupidly I dropped my Thruxton at about 10mph. As a result I need to
    change the clutch cover as it got badly gouged. £170 from Triumph
    seems a bit steep but I coughed up anyway.

    I am not sure how to get the damn thing off as the clutch lever is not
    bolted on to the spindle but seemst be bashed on.

    Anyone know how to get this off??

    Seems like an

    <fanfare of trumpets>

    angle grinder

    <further fanfare>

    might be just the ticket.

    Don't forget to pull of the breather pipe , its behind the clutch arm,
    comes out of the inner case and goes back to the air box.

    £170, FFS I got a full set of Bonnie ones on Evilbay for £20, the clutch
    leaver itself just pulls out of the casing from the top.
