Triumph shim tool result

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by The Older Gentleman, Nov 16, 2003.

  1. The one that didn't fit my year of Triumph, remember?

Paid ukp35 for it on Ebay. It came with the special spanners for
    adjusting the head races.

Kept the spanners, put the tool back on Ebay, and it's just gone for 36
    quid. So that's OK, then.

    19 fucking quid!

Umm. I used to dip into urs from time to time, but I haven't for a few
years. IIRC it was known then as "The Shed", not "The Shedde". I hope
it hasn't been tarted up for the tourists and "themed".

Oooh I have two of those!

I also have some valuble records (apparently) but on Ebay they are going for
    pennies.
    It's a strange reverse world.

says "I think I love you". Could be the bint who started this:

Good god. Just when you thought the internet couldn't get any
weirder, you find a bulletin board where two american women are
squablling over who gets to marry TOG.

you can tell they're americans, because they're discussing something
written by TOG and they've used the word "literacy".

    It's quite surreal:

TOG must have had severe plastic surgery for anyone other than Shrek to
    call him good looking.

I don't suppose it would be possible to infiltrate that board posing as,
say, Canadians, and crank up the agony a bit...?
