    <picks up DFV hat>

    The place I got my fix-the-Daytona bits from in Stockport[1] is doing
    factory tours. I'll be doing one, so if anyone wants to come along get
    in touch.

    <rams DFV hat firmly on head>

    There's two types - one by coach, one by bike. The coach one involves
    meeting at the shop in Stockport, get a coach down, do tour, get a
    country pub meal on the way back (included in price).

    The bike one involves meeting there, riding down, do the afternoon tour
    and then either ride back or go and get a meal.

    The coach one is 25 quid, the bike one is free (AFAICT there's no
    charge for the factory tour). They are usually done on a weekday, and
    usually Thursday but this could be open to change.

    If you want to come email chris at ukrm dot org with:
    * Some sort of name
    * Coach or bike
    * How many places
    * Can you make a Thursday
    * What other days can you do

    I'll be going there to get the trumpet serviced at the start of next
    month, so try to get your mails in in the next week or so.

    [1] http://www.motorcycle-centre.co.uk/ - helpful, friendly and the guy
    I dealt with was genuinly interested in the customers and setting up a
    community. Impressed, I was.
    [2] Fix, MOT and tax bike, having to travel across Manchester (past the
    trafford centre twice)
