Trapped nerve or have I broke something?

Few weekends ago I did something to my right shoulder heaving the AT
    onto its center stand.

Thought I'd pulled a muscle. So waited.

A week later it was a bit better, but not much. Booked appt with physio
who probes, pokes, twists and does things. Better for half an hour.

So, now, another week later, not really any pain in neck, starts just
to right of neck, through shoulder, down arm, stops just before fingers.

I'd go back to physio but they're £35 a pop, money I resent paying if
    he can't do anything.

If you think its that serious and can be arsed, go to outpatients and be in
    for the wait.

If it ain't quite that serious, and you can't fix it yourself (some light
yogo before bedtime, sir?), perhaps £35 is a small price to pay for health.
    Just my personal opinion.

Trapped nerve. It's being squeezed against the collar bone. My GP sent
me to the local hospital out-patients physio for treatment for free.
Fixed in about 6 visits over 3 weeks.
