Not being a danger to yourself and others would be a start.
    Time and miles.

Sometimes two or three bikes in there on a Tuesday. Busy, busy, busy in
    the summer.

Nah, my wife went back to work full time so we don't have the students

Funny, I didn't think so. Then that's the professional relationship spoiling
    things,
no kissing always helps. Cane gave me that tip.

This was taught on a management course I went on semi-recently.
Everyone else was keenly interested but yours truly was discreetly
leafing forward through the material. The bloke, assuming I wasn't
listening and didn't know what he was going on about, asked me how I
would apply the levels to the real world. His face was painted with the
    teacher-who-has-caught-the-wayward-pupil look.

"A Concise Course In Motorcycling Competency Levels (Champ)" later and
bloke continued the course, while I ripped straight into "Looking Like a
    Smug Git 101".

So, thanks to Champ from me too. Not only was I able to engage in the
above caper, I'm able to make a definate test of how relaxed I am. If I
find myself thinking about what I'm doing I know to ease off - it's not
flowing as well as it might. Slow down, relax, and let it all happen
    sort of on it's own.
