Tranny question

I'm using a short wheelbase transit this weekend, and (the hirer being
inexplicably shut today) I wondered if anyone can confirm that it will
*definitely* have three front seats.

 

how much does it cost to hire a van these days, out of interest?

This seems a lot cheaper than when I last hired one, about three years
ago: £75 for 24 hours.

 

Last time I hired one for a weekend it cost more in repairs to the door
panels that I crunched than it had to hire the van :-(
(£168 repair bill).
(I also wiped out a diesal pump-handle. Fortunately the garage owner didn't
charge me for some reason and the van cleaned up nice).
(If I'm driving a large white van stay well off the roads).

 

Well, I've only rented for long weekends recently. 120 quid for the
SWB; at Easter I had a LWB for 140 quid

It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the

Standard seating is three fronts, so yes.
