Track ride as Pillion?

Every now and again I hear about people going pillion on a racebike for
thrill. I think it was Kieren Perkins that got a go on the back of a
modified GP bike and raved about the experience. How does that work? I mean
it's not like jumping in a touring car where you are just a passenger, as
pillion on a racebike you'd have to know a little bit about leaning etc
wouldn't you? And what would you hold on to during rapid take-off, stopping
    and cornering?
    Anyone know anything about this?

You must be joking!! I find being a pillion terrifying, and that's just
    normal (sic) road riding.

  4. I won one of these rides, could not do it, I'm to heavy, had a 85 KG limit
on the pillion, no room for 105 KG rugby Players on GP Bikes, gave it (the
prize) away to the local charity.

Just eat health and exercise, Not weights as that will put on muscel and
thus weight, Swimming, running or arrobics are good fat reducing exersises.
You will see your weight will drop off after about a month. I'm 6'1
(185cms) and weigh 78. Droped my weight for 86 down to 78 in 3 months
through swimming and cutting out all fast food. The reason I started
doing this was my health, didn't want to end up on bloodpressure pills for
life. I'm about due to go back to the docs to see if it has work on the
blood pressure. It has also worked on my wife aswell, shes never looked
    better :)
